Open the MCP, go to Settings, and use Delete this MCP at the bottom of the page.
This cannot be undone. There is no soft delete and no restore.

What goes

Deletion is the database’s job, not the API’s. Every foreign key cascades from the MCP, so one statement removes:
  • every ingest key on it, live or revoked
  • every call — the raw per-call rows behind the live feed
  • every countertool_hours and tool_pairs
  • every session
  • every alert rule on it, and everything those rules have fired
  • the registered tool list, and with it the schema sizes
There is no cleanup code anywhere, deliberately: a delete written by hand is a delete that races ingest and misses whatever table was added last.

What stays

  • Other MCPs in the account. Siblings are untouched.
  • The account, the team and the company profile. Deleting an MCP is not deleting an account — see Delete your account for that.
  • Nothing recoverable. The counters are gone; there is no export to take first, so take one before you delete if you need the history.

Live servers keep running

Deleting an MCP revokes nothing on the server side, because there is nothing to revoke — the SDK never blocks and never retries. A server still wrapped with a key belonging to a deleted MCP simply posts into nothing and carries on serving tool calls normally. Remove the MCPULSE_KEY from the environment when convenient. Nothing breaks if you don’t.

Confirming

The confirm is a slide-over that lists what you are about to lose, rather than a sentence saying it cannot be undone — “this cannot be undone” does not tell you what “this” is. One click confirms it. Type-to-confirm is reserved for deleting the account. Everything else can be made again.
Deleting an MCP requires the admin role or higher.
