Per MCP, not per account
It was an account-wide switch once, and that had two problems. It covered every MCP, including the sample one. So a person who cared about a single server got the demo’s sixteen thousand fabricated calls in their Monday email. A combined email needs a layout nobody wants. Five subscribed servers were tried as one message, and stitching five into one needs an ordering and a subject line naming none of them — where five emails are each simply about the server they name.
